African Youth Initiative Network (AYINET) with funding from Democratic Governance Facility (DGF) is implementing the second phase of Rehabilitating Communities and Victims for Effective Recovery (RECOVER II) for 3 Years from May 2018 to May 2021, aimed at accelerating revitalization of post conflict community, enabling healing and community’s participation in Transitional Justice processes. RECOVER II also among others seeks to promote leadership that reflects diversity of our country,linking issues of peace, justice, governance, human rights, accountability; and above all working with the Government and Development Partners to domesticate and demonstrate progress against SDG16+ targets and indicators; and UN SCR2250.

AYINET is seeking for an external consultant to undertake a mid- term evaluation of RECOVER II project. The mid- term evaluation will help to assess the impact and success of the project that has been implemented half way.
